Reliable service at a better value for those who serve and support our community.
Our technicians inspect the sewer line before recommending a solution. During a service call, they check for:
Catching these signs early can help prevent minor sewer line damage from worsening to the point that a more extensive repair or full replacement becomes necessary.
Not every damaged line requires digging up your yard. Trenchless sewer repair can repair or replace damaged piping with less excavation than traditional methods, helping reduce disruption to your landscaping. On-Time Plumbing checks pipe material and damage location before recommending a trenchless approach instead of excavation.
Camera equipment gives On-Time Plumbing a closer look inside the sewer line and helps pinpoint where the problem is occurring. The inspection can reveal whether the issue is limited to one section or affects a larger portion of the pipe.
With a clearer understanding of the line’s condition, our team can determine the right repair approach for your property and keep the repair focused on the areas that need attention. This early insight helps minimize unnecessary excavation work.
When a line has extensive corrosion, widespread damage, or collapse, replacement may be necessary. Whether trenchless replacement is feasible depends on the pipe’s remaining structure and accessibility:
Our team explains the differences between the two options so Murfreesboro property owners know what to expect.

I was selling my house in Tennessee and the buyers agent hired Scott's Septic Tank Service to inspect the mainline and septic tank. Scott's told the agent that there was tree root intrusion in the mainline as it discharged into the septic tank and they took a cell phone photo of the "root intrusion." I personally opened the septic tank and found it to be hair that was sticking to the edge of the mainline. My agent then contacted Scott's to ask for video proof if the mainline had a camera run down it. They adamantly said it was tree roots and no video was taken. They estimated the cost, to rip us off, to seal the mainline from future "root intrusion" at $1400 on an eight year old house with no trees nearby. I called LEY Plumbing scheduled the next day for them to run a camera. They showed up earlier than scheduled and confirmed NO ROOT INTRUSION. The crew was very professional and courteous. We highly recommend them for service because they are honest. The photo was taken by Scott's Septic Tank Service.Posted on Google![]()
