Running a commercial property is easier when your plumbing works correctly.
On-Time Plumbing has over 7 years of experience fixing large, complex systems. We get the job done right the first time, so you do not have to worry about the same problem popping up again.
We look at your whole building to make sure every pipe and fixture works well together. This keeps your business running smoothly and prevents future headaches.
Commercial plumbing carries a different weight than residential work. The systems are bigger, the demand is constant, and a failure mid-shift costs more than just a repair bill.
On-Time Plumbing handles installation and repair across fixtures, water heaters, and appliances with that reality in mind. Every decision we make on the job accounts for how your building actually runs.
Sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, and bathtubs take a beating in commercial spaces.
Every install and repair starts with understanding how the fixture fits into the system around it.
A sink that drains slowly or drips under the cabinet feels minor until it becomes a daily complaint.
Getting a commercial faucet installed right is mostly about what happens inside the wall before the handle ever goes on:
Faucet repairs almost always come down to the cartridge, seals, or valve seat. We also:
Commercial toilet installation starts at the flange — that part has to be right before anything else matters. We also:
Toilet repairs are usually simpler. Nine times out of ten, it’s the flapper, fill valve, or flush mechanism. During the process, we:
The mixing valve is the core of any commercial shower — so shower installation starts there and works outward:
Shower repairs almost always lead back to that same valve. Worn cartridges or degraded seals are the usual cause of fluctuating temperatures or reduced flow. We access the assembly, replace what’s failing, and verify stable performance before the shower goes back into service.
The structural side of a bathtub installation matters just as much as the plumbing connections. We work from the ground up:
Bathtub repairs most often trace back to the drain assembly or overflow. Failed seals or misaligned connections are usually behind slow drainage, standing water, or a hidden leak.
We reseal or replace what’s causing the issue and verify with a complete fill-and-drain cycle before the job closes.
On-Time Plumbing installs traditional tank and tankless water heater systems.
For repairs, we service a wider range — tank, tankless, electric, gas, hybrid, and solar units. Here’s how we approach each.
Tank water heater installation starts with placement — the unit needs clearance for service access. So we:
When a tank system underperforms, the cause is usually a worn heating element, failing thermostat, or sediment buildup. Our repair process includes:
Tankless systems have a smaller footprint but tighter installation requirements. Placement accounts for ventilation, water line access, and clearance around the unit:
Tankless water heater repairs go deeper because the components work differently from a tank system:
Different systems fail in different ways. The diagnostic path depends on what we’re working on:
We go in knowing which components to check first, repair at the component level, and test temperature recovery, pressure, and output before handing the system back.
On-Time Plumbing installs garbage disposals, dishwashers, washing machines, and sump pumps.
Repair service covers garbage disposals and sump pumps.
A disposal that jams, leaks, or hums without grinding becomes a daily frustration fast. Garbage disposal installation covers:
Garbage disposal repairs work through the same areas — grinding components, internal wear, and drain line connections.
We clear the jam, inspect for damage, reseal where needed, and test through a full cycle before leaving.
Dishwasher installation comes down to two things: water getting in cleanly and waste getting out completely. Our process covers:
Most washing machine problems trace back to the initial setup. Washing machine installation starts with leveling the unit to reduce vibration, then:
Sump pumps need to work when conditions are worst — that’s the standard we install to:
When a sump pump fails, the float switch and activation mechanism are the first things we check. Sump pump repairs work through:
On-Time Plumbing handles water leak detection and repair across fixtures, appliances, and pipes.
Leaks behind walls, under floors, above ceilings, and in basements all get traced to the source first — the repair follows from there.
Most fixture and appliance leaks develop at connection points. We check:
Ceiling, wall, floor, and basement leak detection requires a different approach since there’s nothing visible to inspect directly:
Hidden supply line leaks with no visible fixture or connection point nearby can be located through:
Once the source is confirmed, repairs are made at the failure point — whether that’s a fixture connection, appliance line, or a section of pipe:
The system is brought back under pressure and checked across all affected areas before the job closes.
Our pipe work is based on what the system actually needs — whether that’s repairing a damaged section, rerouting lines for a renovation, or replacing aging piping throughout the property.
Frozen, leaking, burst, or cracked pipes go through the same structured process, whether the job calls for pipe repair or full pipe replacement. Work starts at the damaged section:
When a renovation or new construction changes how water needs to move through the property, pipe rerouting and new piping system installation are planned around the updated layout and demand. The process covers:
Exposed or vulnerable pipe sections get insulation fitted to protect against freezing and heat loss:
The repiping scope depends on how widespread the wear, corrosion, or recurring failures are.
Whole property repiping is the right call when issues run throughout the system. We:
Partial repiping targets sections where damage or wear is isolated. During our visit, we:
Water line services cover everything from repairing a leak in a supply line to replacing the main line feeding the property. Here’s how we handle each:
The main water line feeds the entire property, so a failure here affects everything. We locate the problem, expose the damaged section, complete the repair, and restore full supply pressure to the building.
Main water line installation and replacement involve running the primary line from the source to the structure. We connect it into the internal system and confirm pressure, flow, and durability hold across the full line.
Supply line leaks and pressure loss are traced to the affected section.
Where conditions allow, we use trenchless methods to repair the line with minimal disruption, then verify restored pressure and flow across the line.
Water line installation and replacement start with sizing the line to the system demand.
We use trenchless installation where possible, run it to the right fixtures, connect to the main supply, and test for pressure stability once everything is set.
Drainage and waste lines; lightweight and corrosion-resistant
Hot and cold supply lines; handles higher temperatures than PVC
Flexible supply line piping; fewer fittings, adapts well to tight spaces
Durable supply lines; handles pressure well and resists bacteria buildup
Sewer and drain lines; strong with good noise reduction in high-flow systems
Drain, waste, and vent systems; impact-resistant and suited for underground use
Found in older systems; typically replaced during upgrades or repiping
Our sewer and drain services are handled based on what the line actually needs. Pipe condition, blockage type, and system layout determine which method gets used.
Sewer camera inspection tells us exactly what’s happening inside the line, so the right repair or cleaning method gets used from the start.
Our sewer cameras locate:
Traditional sewer line installation and repair uses excavation when full access to the line is required. The work covers:
Trenchless sewer line repair restores the line without digging up the full property.
The method depends on the pipe condition and how much of the line is affected.
Pipe Bursting: for heavily damaged or collapsed lines. A bursting head breaks the old pipe outward while a new pipe follows behind, restoring full flow capacity.
Pipe Lining: for pipes that are intact but cracked or worn. A resin-saturated liner is inserted, expanded, and cured into a seamless pipe within the existing line.
Epoxy Pipe Repair: for localized damage. Epoxy coating is applied to the interior to seal cracks and reinforce weak points without replacing the full line.
Traditional sewer line installation and repair uses excavation when full access to the line is required. The work covers:
Sewer and drain cleaning and unclogging restore flow based on where the blockage sits and what’s causing it.
Snaking: for clogs close to the fixture like hair in bathroom drains, grease near kitchen lines, or single-drain blockages.
Rodding: for deeper blockages or multiple backed-up drains. A rod or auger breaks apart heavy buildup, sludge, or compacted material in the main line.
Pressure Pumping: for severe grease or sludge accumulation, recurring blockages, and lines that need a full flush after clearing.
Tree roots that grow into sewer lines and drains through cracks or joints block flow and damage the pipe over time. We approach root removal based on where the intrusion is:
Drain repair corrects what’s causing recurring blockages or poor flow within the line. The work covers:
Sewer pumps move wastewater when gravity alone can’t do the job. At On-Time Plumbing, we install and repair two types:
Our emergency plumbing services focus on containing the issue and stabilizing the system fast so damage stays manageable.
We respond as quickly as availability allows and work to resolve the problem in a single visit.
Leaks get isolated at the source, while clogs get cleared based on depth and cause:
Tank leaks get assessed at both the connection points and the tank itself. We;
Water heater emergencies start with stabilizing the unit before anything else. We;
Gas line work requires accuracy at every connection point.
Our gas line services cover installation, repair, leak detection, appliance hookups, and system testing — all completed to code with verified performance at the end.
Gas line installation starts with planning the route and sizing the line for the appliances it will serve.
Every connection is fitted and sealed to hold under pressure long-term. We;
Once assembled, the full line gets pressurized and checked across every joint.
Gas appliance installation matches the unit with the right connector type — flexible or hard-piped, depending on code and location. From there, we;
With the connection complete, the gas supply comes on gradually while each joint gets checked with a leak detection solution.
The burner or ignition system is tested, and the flame pattern is confirmed for correct pressure and combustion.
Gas leak detection pinpoints exactly where gas is escaping. Repair follows directly at that point. Our team will:
The line gets pressure tested and checked with a detection solution to confirm it holds fully.
Gas line repair isolates the damaged section and restores the line without disturbing the rest of the system. We will:
Gas line testing confirms the system is sealed and safe after installation or repair:
Our remodeling services are built around the plumbing system first — everything behind the walls gets set correctly, so fixtures, surfaces, and layout all work together in the finished space.
We handle bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, and basement remodeling.
Bathroom remodeling starts with the rough-in work — once supply lines, drains, and connection points are set correctly, fixtures and finishes go in without surprises.
Fixtures go in after rough-in work is complete, so alignment, spacing, and connections match the finished layout:
Vanities, countertops, and cabinetry are installed around the plumbing rough-ins so everything aligns before fixtures are set. We will:
Bathroom tile and flooring installation works around the plumbing layout, so drain placement, fixture bases, and wall penetrations are accounted for before any tile goes down. We;
Kitchen remodeling coordinates fixture placement, appliance connections, and drainage around how the space actually gets used. Prep, cleaning, and cooking all make different demands on the plumbing system.
Kitchen fixtures are installed around how water moves through prep, cleaning, and appliance operation:
Countertops and cabinetry are fitted around appliances and plumbing connections to keep access intact while maximizing storage. We will:
Kitchen tile, backsplash, and flooring installation fit around the plumbing connections, appliance locations, and cabinet layout already in place. We will:
Basement remodeling is built around adding or modifying plumbing below the main sewer line, where drainage and water removal require additional systems to function properly.
The work focuses on supporting new bathrooms, wet bars, and utility areas while protecting the space from moisture and water intrusion.
Basement plumbing work is planned around elevation, drainage, and how wastewater will be moved out of the space.
Waterproofing protects the basement from moisture intrusion and long-term structural damage by controlling how water enters and exits the space.
These services extend beyond standard plumbing work and require specialized equipment, system knowledge, and commercial-grade installation methods to support full property infrastructure.
Commercial properties deal with water quality issues that affect equipment lifespan, tenant health, and overall system performance. Water treatment systems are installed to correct the source of the issue rather than managing the symptoms.
For new installations, the system is built from the ground up to match the property’s soil and usage:
For systems that are no longer draining properly, the work focuses on restoring function within the existing field:
Properties outside municipal sewer systems rely on drain fields to disperse wastewater safely into the ground without buildup or surface discharge.
For installation, the system is built and set based on well depth, demand, and required output:
For repair, the work focuses on restoring pressure and flow by correcting the failure point:
Commercial properties that rely on private wells depend on properly installed and maintained systems to deliver consistent water supply.
On-Time Plumbing services well pump installation and repair using submersible systems designed to operate below the waterline and maintain steady pressure across the facility.
Commercial plumbing consulting and system inspections are used to assess system condition, identify limitations, and guide repair, installation, and construction decisions. This includes:
Before any repair, renovation, or installation, the system is evaluated to determine its condition, limitations, and the correct scope of work.
Full system inspections are performed for property acquisitions, sales, and compliance requirements.
Water efficiency consulting is used to evaluate how water is used and distributed across the property so unnecessary consumption can be identified and reduced without affecting performance.
Plumbing design and planning are used to map out system layout, capacity, and flow requirements before construction begins so the system supports long-term use and demand.
Commercial plumbing systems depend on the type of building and how much water is used. On-Time Plumbing works in many different environments where reliable systems and organized work are important.

I was selling my house in Tennessee and the buyers agent hired Scott's Septic Tank Service to inspect the mainline and septic tank. Scott's told the agent that there was tree root intrusion in the mainline as it discharged into the septic tank and they took a cell phone photo of the "root intrusion." I personally opened the septic tank and found it to be hair that was sticking to the edge of the mainline. My agent then contacted Scott's to ask for video proof if the mainline had a camera run down it. They adamantly said it was tree roots and no video was taken. They estimated the cost, to rip us off, to seal the mainline from future "root intrusion" at $1400 on an eight year old house with no trees nearby. I called LEY Plumbing scheduled the next day for them to run a camera. They showed up earlier than scheduled and confirmed NO ROOT INTRUSION. The crew was very professional and courteous. We highly recommend them for service because they are honest. The photo was taken by Scott's Septic Tank Service.Posted on Google![]()
