Repiping is a major plumbing upgrade, which means the installation process, materials, and workmanship all matter.
As a trusted repipe company serving Shelbyville and Middle Tennessee, On-Time Plumbing delivers organized service, experienced pipe installation, and long-term plumbing solutions designed to last.
We look at your whole building to make sure every pipe and fixture works well together. This keeps your business running smoothly and prevents future headaches.
Aging or damaged pipes can lead to recurring leaks, poor water pressure, and ongoing emergency plumbing situations throughout your property.
Our repiping services include everything from whole-house repiping and targeted pipe replacement to complete plumbing repiping system upgrades designed for long-term reliability.
Replacing the entire water supply system is often the best solution when leaks, corrosion, and pressure problems are happening throughout the property.
Our team maps out the plumbing layout, isolates affected lines, and installs new piping using organized access points to minimize unnecessary wall or floor disruption.
Benefits of whole-house repiping include:
We pressure test the full system after installation to confirm proper flow, secure connections, and leak-free performance before the project is completed.
When pipe problems are isolated to certain sections of the plumbing system, partial repiping allows us to replace only the damaged areas without removing the entire network.
Partial home repiping is commonly used for slab leaks, wall leaks, ceiling leaks, and localized pipe failures affecting specific fixtures or rooms.
If damaged lines have affected your fixtures, addressing the plumbing issue may also require sink and faucet repair to restore proper water flow in your kitchen or bathroom.
Its benefits include:
Our team uses targeted access points and pressure testing to isolate the affected section, install replacement piping, and confirm proper flow before the repair is completed.
Water line repiping focuses on replacing damaged or deteriorated main water supply lines that affect pressure, flow, and reliability throughout the property.
These issues are often caused by underground pipe corrosion, shifting soil, or aging materials.
If your water supply lines are damaged, addressing related plumbing issues may also involve water heater repair and installation to help maintain reliable hot water delivery throughout your property.
Our process includes leak location, targeted excavation, and water line replacement, designed to restore dependable water flow while minimizing disruption to your property.
Damaged drain and sewer piping can lead to recurring backups, slow drainage, and ongoing wastewater problems throughout the property.
When drain cleaning and targeted repairs are no longer enough to restore proper flow, repiping damaged sections of the system helps prevent continued backups and pipe failures.
We use sewer camera inspections to identify corrosion, root intrusion, pipe separation, and structural damage before performing targeted sewer line repair or replacement.
Commercial repiping projects require careful planning to keep operations moving while plumbing upgrades are completed.
We handle repiping for offices, restaurants, retail spaces, and multi-unit properties as part of our commercial plumbing services across Middle Tennessee.
Our team coordinates installation schedules, targeted pipe replacement, and larger plumbing upgrades with a focus on minimizing disruption to employees, tenants, and customers.
Different plumbing systems require different piping materials depending on the age of the property, water conditions, and the type of plumbing being replaced. Our team evaluates the existing system before recommending a material that fits the property, performance goals, and long-term reliability of the plumbing system.
Flexible material that allows efficient installation with fewer connection points, helping reduce potential leak areas behind walls and ceilings while maintaining reliable water flow throughout the system.
Durable piping material known for strong pressure handling and long-term reliability, making it a trusted option for residential and commercial plumbing upgrades.
Commonly used for drain, waste, and vent systems because of its corrosion resistance, lightweight structure, and efficient wastewater flow performance.
Heat-resistant material designed for residential hot and cold water supply systems where consistent water distribution and corrosion resistance are important.
Often found in older drain systems where corrosion and internal buildup restrict drainage over time, requiring replacement to restore proper wastewater flow.
Lightweight drain piping material with a smooth interior surface that helps wastewater move efficiently through residential plumbing systems.
Older galvanized piping commonly develops internal corrosion that restricts water flow, causes discolored water, and leads to recurring plumbing problems throughout the property. Modern replacement materials improve reliability, pressure, and overall plumbing performance.

I was selling my house in Tennessee and the buyers agent hired Scott's Septic Tank Service to inspect the mainline and septic tank. Scott's told the agent that there was tree root intrusion in the mainline as it discharged into the septic tank and they took a cell phone photo of the "root intrusion." I personally opened the septic tank and found it to be hair that was sticking to the edge of the mainline. My agent then contacted Scott's to ask for video proof if the mainline had a camera run down it. They adamantly said it was tree roots and no video was taken. They estimated the cost, to rip us off, to seal the mainline from future "root intrusion" at $1400 on an eight year old house with no trees nearby. I called LEY Plumbing scheduled the next day for them to run a camera. They showed up earlier than scheduled and confirmed NO ROOT INTRUSION. The crew was very professional and courteous. We highly recommend them for service because they are honest. The photo was taken by Scott's Septic Tank Service.Posted on Google![]()
